 Rev. Dr. Richard Ter Maat
Dick Ter Maat founded Westown Jubilee Housing out of The Other Way Ministries in the late 1980’s to address the critical need for safe and affordable housing in Grand Rapids. He has been a part of Westown from the start and is currently the Executive Director. He knows just about everyone who lives or has lived in the neighborhood and is available to answer questions or give advice to those in need. He alone has made an amazing impact on this west side of Grand Rapids.
 Jonathan Peerboom
Jonathan was hired on as an addition to our staff in the fall of 2007 as the Construction Supervisor. He has done a lot of construction in the past and is a very skilled craftsman. He oversees the construction of our houses as well as most of our volunteer groups. He also helps with fund raising and vision for the future of Westown. He has been a great addition to the staff at Westown.
 Audrey Shantz
Audrey has been the Tenant Manager for Westown Jubilee Housing since January of 2007. She acts as a landlord for our 21 rental units and handles some general office manager responsibilities. Audrey is in the office three days a week to help the office run smoothly and to be available for neighbors, tenants, or homesteaders as needed.
 Cindy Sonnenberg
Cindy is our part time volunteer receptionist. She is a huge asset to our office as she answers phones, does miscellaneous office tasks, and greets people when they come in our door. People often come in to our office with serious needs whether they are for food, housing, government or legal assistance, furniture, or anything else. Cindy is able to help them find places that may be able to meet their needs. She has been with Westown Jubilee Housing since October 2005.
