Rental Updates

This summer so much of the time was dedicated to keep the rentals in good shape and up to date. There was a few that needed all new flooring, others needed new cabinets and paint. We are excited the next big rental update is to get 101 Straight sided. With help of donations we were able to update the windows in the apartment and now thanks to donations we will be able to side the rental as well. This helps to keeps the maintenance down on the rental and helps to keeps the bills down for the tenants

This is the rental at 101 Straight it has 3 units in it. This will be the home we will be siding. We can't wait to see how it looks!
